Inn From The Cold offers shelter, sanctuary, and healing to assist homeless children and their families achieve independence. They provide instrumental needs such as food, clothing, shelter, medical care and access to education. Families who seek emergency shelter are in crisis, and are immediately supported at Inn From The Cold. Programs such as Journey House, which is a new place-based supported housing program that incorporates family units on the journey from house to home, is just one example of the great things offered at Inn From The Cold. The organization also partners with 53 community agencies in Calgary including; the Calgary Food Bank, Calgary Drop-In Centre, Calgary Legal Guidance, Calgary Vision Centre, The Mustard Seed, Knox United Church, YWCA, and many more, to help connect those families seeking resources, to the support they require.
